Lead AI Strategist

Future Mind, part of the Solita Group, is a leading tech consulting firm seeking a Lead AI Strategist to build and own our AI strategy practice. You will bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution, guiding clients from initial workshops to measurable, production-ready AI solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AI engagements, from discovery and business case development to product rollout and performance measurement.
• Facilitate workshops with management boards and operational teams to identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases.
• Translate strategic goals into actionable requirements for engineering teams.
• Prototype AI solutions using tools like Claude and Lovable to demonstrate value early.
• Design change management and adoption strategies to ensure long-term success.
• Develop the internal AI practice, including methodologies, playbooks, and team mentoring.

Requirements

• 6+ years in consulting, digital strategy, or product management, with at least 2 years leading AI engagements.
• Proven track record of delivering AI initiatives to production with measurable business results.
• Strong ability to structure ambiguous problems and build robust business cases for senior stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor) in daily workflows.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Polish, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and executives.
