Lead AI Security Engineer

SNI is a trusted IT outsourcing partner delivering high-impact projects for prestigious global firms. We are currently seeking a Lead AI Security Engineer to join our team and drive the security strategy for advanced AI implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Design security architectures and control catalogues for M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI Foundry.
• Implement Agent365 and Zenity security frameworks for agent governance, threat monitoring, and observability.
• Establish identity and access governance using Microsoft Entra and Entra Agent ID under least-privilege principles.
• Operationalize Microsoft Purview, Defender, and Sentinel to detect real-time agent threats and handle incident responses.
• Integrate agent security operations into ITIL processes, including incident, problem, and change management.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with AI governance frameworks and specialized tools such as Agent365 and Zenity.
• Deep expertise with M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft Entra, Purview, Defender, and Sentinel.
• Proven ability to integrate security controls into ITIL and ITSM operational processes.
• Strong foundation in identity lifecycle management, least-privilege access, and Data Loss Prevention.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to author operational runbooks and formal RACI matrices.
