Lead AI Platform Engineer

ALTEN Polska is seeking a Lead AI Platform Engineer to spearhead the technical implementation of enterprise-scale AI solutions. You will play a pivotal role in designing and deploying production-grade GenAI and agentic capabilities within a sophisticated technology ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the technical implementation of AI solutions and translate high-level designs into robust architectures.
• Design, develop, and integrate production-grade GenAI and agentic capabilities using modern software engineering practices.
• Collaborate with Solution Designers and Tech Leads to resolve technical challenges and accelerate project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with corporate engineering standards, CI/CD processes, and operational readiness.
• Support the engineering team by removing technical blockers and promoting best practices in MLOps and deployment automation.

Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in software, platform, or AI engineering.
• Strong Python proficiency and hands-on experience with Generative AI and agentic frameworks like LangChain.
• Expertise in Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, and API management platforms.
• Solid background in MLOps, CI/CD, testing frameworks, and AI observability tools.
• Understanding of cloud environments, security standards, and data engineering pipelines.
• Proficiency in English at a B2/B2+ level.
