We are currently seeking a skilled Legal Counsel to join our international team of professionals who are passionate about creating impactful digital products.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, and ensuring legal consistency across various jurisdictions.
• Oversee corporate governance and entity management, including the formation and maintenance of legal entities globally.
• Provide general legal advisory support to cross-functional teams, offering practical solutions for day-to-day queries.
• Collaborate with Finance, Compliance, and HR departments to support strategic initiatives and risk management.
• Drive the automation and optimization of legal workflows to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience in contract lifecycle management.
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Law.
• Strong knowledge of consumer protection, marketing, and advertising compliance laws in the EU and the USA.
• Familiarity with EU and US digital legislature and AI governance.
• Proficiency in Russian (C1+) and English (B2+).
