YiYiEnglish is a dynamic education startup dedicated to providing high-quality English lessons to students in China. We are currently seeking enthusiastic and committed teachers to join our team and help children aged 5-15 achieve their educational goals through engaging online sessions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one online English tutoring sessions lasting 30 to 60 minutes.
• Facilitate classroom-style online English lessons for 40-45 minutes per session.
• Provide constructive and helpful feedback to students to support their learning progress.
• Utilize provided state-of-the-art lesson plans to deliver effective instruction.

Requirements

• Native English speaker or advanced idiomatic proficiency in the language.
• Experience or a strong interest in teaching and working with children.
• Ability to accommodate working hours based on China Standard Time (BJT).
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and basic proficiency in MS Office programs.
• Commitment to a 6-month or 1-year tenure to ensure educational continuity.
• Previous experience in English as a Second Language (ESL/TESL) is preferred.
