L3 Support Engineer (Azure & M365)

Join NATEK as an Azure & Microsoft 365 Infrastructure Consultant and become part of a consulting team supporting a large-scale infrastructure stabilization initiative. You will play a key role in resolving complex technical challenges, enhancing operational efficiency, and driving automation initiatives that strengthen the overall IT ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver advanced L3 support for critical infrastructure-related incidents across Azure, Microsoft 365, AVD, networking, and identity environments.
• Conduct in-depth root cause analysis and implement long-term corrective actions to prevent recurring incidents.
• Monitor and analyze system performance, alerts, and security events using tools such as Azure Monitor and Microsoft Defender.
• Develop and maintain automation solutions utilizing PowerShell, Azure Automation, Logic Apps, and Microsoft Graph API.
• Create and improve technical documentation, operational procedures, runbooks, and validation plans.

Requirements

• Proven experience in L3 infrastructure support within enterprise-scale environments.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Azure Virtual Desktop, and Microsoft 365.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts, including troubleshooting connectivity and performance issues.
• Hands-on expertise in PowerShell scripting and operational automation.
• Fluent English communication skills and strong analytical problem-solving abilities.
