KYC Analyst

SwissBorg is a leading crypto wealth management platform dedicated to making digital asset investing transparent, intuitive, and accessible. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented KYC Analyst to join our team and play a vital role in maintaining our regulatory compliance and ensuring the security of our platform.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard individual and corporate users by verifying documentation, including source of funds and wealth, and performing risk assessments.
• Conduct periodic reviews of KYC and KYB records to ensure ongoing compliance with due diligence standards.
• Screen users against global sanctions and watchlists, escalating potential matches for further investigation.
• Perform IP address consistency checks and investigate potential risks or mismatches.
• Conduct enhanced due diligence on high-risk users and collaborate with internal teams to improve compliance processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business, or equivalent professional experience in KYC.
• Hands-on experience with complex corporate onboarding, including understanding company structures and ultimate beneficial owners.
• Strong research and analytical skills with a solid understanding of FATF recommendations regarding AML and CTF.
• Experience with AML monitoring, screening, and handling PEPs.
• Genuine interest in the cryptocurrency industry and digital finance.
