KPI Architect

Exelab S.r.l. is seeking a KPI Architect to serve as the guardian of measurability and objectivity across our custom, AI-enabled business solutions. This cross-functional role bridges the gap between advanced data analysis and strategic business objectives, ensuring that every project delivers demonstrable impact.

Key responsibilities

• Define measurement frameworks by translating vague business objectives into concrete, actionable KPIs during project discovery phases.
• Facilitate structured alignment with clients to establish clear success criteria and shared expectations.
• Provide expert support on complex analytical challenges, including multi-touch attribution, predictive modeling, and advanced segmentation.
• Verify the impact of deployed solutions by distinguishing correlation from causality and identifying confounding variables.
• Develop and maintain internal analytical standards, templates, and best practices to elevate the team's overall capabilities.

Requirements

• Advanced mastery of data analysis tools and methodologies, including SQL, Python/R, and BI platforms like Looker or Tableau.
• Strong business acumen with experience in metrics such as CAC, LTV, churn, and conversion rates.
• Exceptional critical thinking skills with a scientific approach to hypothesis testing and data interpretation.
• Proven ability to communicate complex insights clearly to diverse stakeholders, from technical teams to C-level executives.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a consulting or data-oriented environment.
• Fluency in Italian and at least B2-level English.
