Join Sii as a Kotlin Developer and contribute to a modern fintech platform dedicated to streamlining company expense management. You will work on a sophisticated financial solution that integrates payment cards, invoice handling, and expense tracking directly into partner systems, helping businesses automate settlements and gain real-time control over their financial operations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable microservices using Kotlin to support complex financial processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across various domains to develop and deploy innovative software solutions.
• Analyze system performance and implement optimizations to ensure high reliability and scalability of the platform.
• Participate in code reviews and provide technical mentorship to other engineers to foster team growth.
• Proactively improve system architecture and lead the team through complex technical challenges and migrations.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in software development.
• Expertise in Kotlin and experience with distributed systems, microservices, and cloud environments like AWS or Kubernetes.
• Proficiency with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, testing frameworks like JUnit, and observability tools like Grafana.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset with the ability to mentor teammates.
• Very good command of English, minimum B2 level.
