We are looking for a Content Optimization Specialist II to bridge the gap between legal expertise and AI technology, designing workflows that power our contract intelligence platform.

Key responsibilities

• Define high-impact use cases for applying LLMs to contract intelligence, including structured data capture and exception handling.
• Translate complex legal reasoning into structured LLM artifacts, such as prompt architectures and evidence-grounded extraction requirements.
• Partner with Engineering and Data Science teams to transition AI capabilities from prototype to production environments.
• Build robust evaluation frameworks to monitor accuracy, completeness, and hallucination detection.
• Integrate AI capabilities into operational workflows and support performance monitoring.

Requirements

• Professional experience in legal practice, contract review, or legal operations.
• Demonstrated fluency with AI and LLM tools, including prompt design and model evaluation.
• Proven experience deploying LLM-powered workflows into production.
• Deep expertise in commercial contract analysis, including vendor agreements and NDAs.
• Ability to translate legal judgment into structured systems like schemas and decision trees.
