Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute AI-enhanced email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo to drive engagement and conversions.
• Support the setup of automated workflows, advanced segmentation, and A/B testing.
• Collaborate with the team to implement AI tools for copy generation, audience targeting, and performance optimization.
• Manage email lists and maintain the marketing calendar to ensure timely execution of brand goals.
• Coordinate with design and content teams to build engaging email templates aligned with brand guidelines.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in email marketing, specifically within an e-commerce or digital marketing environment.
• Proficiency with Klaviyo, including automation, segmentation, and campaign management.
• Practical experience with AI tools for marketing, such as predictive analytics or copywriting.
• Strong analytical mindset with a commitment to data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent written communication skills and a keen eye for persuasive, brand-aligned copy.
