Kafka / Confluent Cloud Developer

Experis Manpower Group is seeking a skilled Kafka / Confluent Cloud Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of modern event streaming and data integration solutions. This role focuses on building robust, scalable architectures that support real-time data processing in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex Kafka-based integrations to support business operations.
• Build and deploy event-driven data solutions utilizing the Confluent Cloud platform.
• Create and refine data processing components using Python to ensure high performance.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to facilitate efficient data retrieval and management.
• Support ongoing real-time data integration and streaming initiatives across the organization.

Requirements

• Proven professional experience working with Confluent Cloud and Apache Kafka.
• Strong proficiency in Python for backend development and data processing tasks.
• Solid understanding of SQL and database management practices.
• Familiarity with Event-Driven Architecture principles is highly valued.
• Experience with CDC tools, GCP, or MongoDB is considered a significant advantage.
