Junior/Mid Software Developer (m/k) 🚀

Team Up is seeking a skilled Software Developer to join our team and contribute to the development and enhancement of business-critical applications for a large international organization. This role offers the opportunity to engage in both hands-on coding and technical decision-making within a professional, remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop robust enterprise applications using the .NET framework.
• Translate complex business requirements into effective and scalable technical solutions.
• Work across the entire stack, including data layers, business logic, and user interfaces.
• Improve application performance, security, and overall code quality.
• Support the full software development lifecycle, including testing, releases, and deployments.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of professional software development experience, with 2+ years specifically in enterprise .NET development.
• Proven experience working with complex, business-critical systems, such as those in finance, HR, or asset management.
• Strong knowledge of layered architecture and UML modeling.
• Relevant software development certification and an ICT-related bachelor’s degree.
• Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher and familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
