Junior/Mid Graphic Designer

Core Technology Systems is a high-growth Microsoft Managed Services Provider dedicated to delivering modern technology solutions across Azure, Microsoft 365, and Security. We are seeking a talented Junior/Midweight Graphic Designer to join our remote marketing team and help evolve our brand identity.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality, on-brand creative assets for both digital and print channels.
• Support various marketing campaigns, events, and ongoing promotional activities.
• Contribute to the development and consistent application of our visual identity across all business outputs.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Commercial teams to translate business objectives into effective design solutions.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining organized asset libraries and preparing artwork for production.

Requirements

• Proven professional experience in a junior or mid-level design role.
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates a digital-first design approach.
• Excellent proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud software.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within established brand guidelines.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to thrive in a collaborative environment.
