Junior UX/UI Designer (AI-Native Process)

We are looking for an ambitious Junior or early Mid-level Designer to join our team and grow in an AI-native environment, working on impactful enterprise platforms and digital ecosystems.

Key responsibilities

• Work in project teams alongside experienced UX, UI, and Strategic Designers.
• Translate briefs and user needs into interactive prototypes and user flows.
• Use AI tools to explore solutions and iterate faster than traditional methods.
• Experiment with emerging technologies like Lovable, v0, Bolt, and Figma Make.
• Consider product behavior, edge cases, and user actions beyond individual screens.

Requirements

• Practical experience in UX/UI or Product Design through commercial, freelance, or personal projects.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, visual hierarchy, and interface design.
• Active interest in how AI can improve and accelerate the design process.
• Ability to communicate design decisions and work comfortably in English.
• Curiosity, fast learning speed, and a proactive approach to experimenting with new tools.
