Junior UX/UI Designer (AI-Native)

We are looking for an ambitious Junior or early Mid-level Designer to join our team and grow in an AI-native environment, focusing on enterprise platforms and digital ecosystems.

Key responsibilities

• Work in project teams alongside experienced UX, UI, and Strategic Designers.
• Translate briefs, concepts, and user needs into user flows and interactive prototypes.
• Use AI tools to explore solutions efficiently and iterate based on team feedback.
• Consider product behavior, edge cases, and user actions beyond individual screens.
• Develop an AI-native workflow while maintaining solid UX and UI fundamentals.

Requirements

• Practical experience with UX/UI or Product Design through commercial work, internships, or personal projects.
• Understanding of basic UX principles, visual hierarchy, and interface design.
• Active interest in using AI to improve or speed up the design process.
• Ability to explain design decisions and communicate comfortably in English.
• Curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to experiment with new tools and workflows.
