Junior Technical Knowledge & Communication Specialist

The HQ Technical Support Team is crucial in driving our company’s success, working collaboratively to deliver high-quality product onboarding, comprehensive internal knowledge distribution, and clear technical communication for our teams globally.

You Will:

• Prepare and distribute clear internal updates and feature news regarding newly deployed functionalities of our systems and interfaces;

• Revise, maintain, and update internal technical documentation, system wiki articles, and training materials to ensure they are current;

• Handle the complete organization, scheduling, and deployment of training sessions for internal newcomers and global technical teams;

• Act as a main host and presenter during global product rollout meetings, summarizing software changes for our international specialist network;

• Cooperate closely with global HQ units on cross-functional educational and system onboarding projects.

Desired Experience:

• Fluency in English and Polish (written and spoken) to communicate smoothly with local development teams and global colleagues;

• A natural talent for writing with an exceptional ability to explain complex technical logic and system changes in a simple, engaging manner;

• Strong organizational skills and the capacity to run internal onboarding cycles independently without micromanagement;

• Confidence in public speaking, virtual meeting moderation, and a desire to take on a high-visibility, communicative role within a global company.
