Junior System/Business Analyst

Andersen is seeking a Junior System/Business Analyst to join a project focused on developing an integration layer and delivering scalable solutions for seamless data exchange and process automation. You will work within a professional environment that supports enterprise-level digital transformation across various global industries.

Key responsibilities

• Capturing, analyzing, and documenting business, user, and functional requirements.
• Translating business needs into clear, implementable technical specifications.
• Creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed documentation.
• Modelling business processes using BPMN and building solution prototypes.
• Facilitating communication between stakeholders and development teams.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of experience as a System Analyst.
• Proficiency with UML, BPMN, Jira, Confluence, and Draw.io.
• Basic SQL skills and experience with relational databases.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP, OpenAPI/Swagger, and Postman.
• Understanding of microservices architecture and the software development lifecycle.
• Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher.
