Junior Software Engineer, Fullstack (Servicing International)

Affirm is reinventing credit to make it more honest and friendly, giving consumers the flexibility to buy now and pay later. We are looking for a Junior Software Engineer to join our Servicing International team, which is building the foundational platform to launch our products into new global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in an on-call rotation to ensure the reliability of our services.

Requirements

• Experience designing and launching APIs at scale using Python or Kotlin.
• Proficiency in shipping web applications using declarative UI frameworks like React or Vue.
• Ability to translate business scenarios into well-tested, extensible, and clear code.
• Comfort navigating large codebases and providing constructive feedback through code reviews.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective global collaboration.
