Junior SOC Security Engineer

As a Junior SOC Security Engineer, you will join a dynamic team dedicated to protecting our infrastructure through proactive monitoring and advanced threat detection.

Key responsibilities

• Responding to security incidents in accordance with established operational procedures.
• Verifying and triaging alerts generated by SIEM, EDR, and XDR class systems.
• Supporting senior team members in the development of security tools and the implementation of new solutions.
• Escalating complex security cases and providing ongoing support for daily SOC operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a SOC environment at an L1 level.
• Strong knowledge of SIEM tools, specifically Splunk Enterprise Security.
• Proficiency with XDR/EDR solutions such as SentinelOne.
• Solid understanding of network protocols including TCP/IP, HTTPS, and DNS.
• Familiarity with security frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK and NIST.
• Fluency in English and Polish at a minimum B2 level.
