Junior Scrum Master

Andersen is looking for a Junior Scrum Master to join a project focused on developing a white-label B2B2C self-service portal for a major international client in the financial and protection services sector. You will play a key role in supporting agile teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile principles and operational processes.
• Support sprint planning, track progress, and help teams achieve their goals.
• Identify and manage dependencies, blockers, and risks to maintain delivery timelines.
• Foster team collaboration, motivation, and a healthy working environment.
• Track and analyze delivery metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Strong knowledge of Agile principles, the Scrum framework, and best practices.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English proficiency.
