Junior RPA / AI Developer

Xelerit is seeking a Junior RPA / AI Developer to join a dedicated Delivery Squad supporting Yarado, a company specializing in advanced business process automation. You will work with a team of professionals to build, test, and maintain automation solutions that combine RPA, AI, and API technologies to streamline complex business tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain automation workflows using Python and the proprietary Yarado platform.
• Analyze business processes, data structures, and APIs to design robust and scalable technical solutions.
• Integrate and manage AI agents while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Ensure high quality through rigorous QA, technical support, and proactive monitoring of deployed automations.
• Collaborate with your Squad Lead and Project Manager to define technical approaches and communicate project progress.

Requirements

• Professional experience with Python and/or business process automation tools.
• Academic background in IT, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
• Strong understanding of APIs, data structures, and logical problem-solving.
• Genuine enthusiasm for AI technologies and a desire to expand your expertise in the field.
• Fluency in both English and Polish, enabling effective communication with international clients and team members.
