Junior Project Manager

Shift Markets is a global leader in digital asset infrastructure, bridging the gap between traditional finance and the crypto ecosystem. We are currently seeking a Junior Project Manager to join our team and help deliver client onboarding projects, custom integrations, and various client-requested initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client onboarding projects from the initial handoff through to successful delivery.
• Own assigned projects and backlogs, including grooming, prioritization, status tracking, and stakeholder updates.
• Translate client requests into well-defined scopes, clear ticket descriptions, and precise acceptance expectations.
• Coordinate delivery across Customer Success, Development, and QA teams while balancing shared technical resources.
• Create reusable templates and documentation to make integration and onboarding processes easier to scale.

Requirements

• Experience managing projects, implementations, or client delivery work in a software or technology environment.
• Practical understanding of software development and QA processes, including how work moves from requirements to delivery.
• Strong organization and prioritization skills with the ability to manage changing requirements.
• Confidence to take ownership, show initiative, and make routine decisions independently.
• Current, practical use of AI tools in day-to-day work with concrete examples of improved output.
