Junior Project Management Consultant with German and English (f/m)

Volkswagen Group Services sp. z o.o. is a modern Shared Service Center providing comprehensive business support to Volkswagen Group companies across Europe. We are currently seeking a Junior Project Management Consultant to join our dynamic Consulting department and contribute to international IT and business projects.

Key responsibilities

• Support international IT and business projects while gaining hands-on experience in project coordination and delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and project teams by organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting project activities.
• Contribute to the creation of project documentation, presentations, and reports to turn requirements into actionable outcomes.
• Coordinate assigned tasks and smaller project workstreams to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.
• Develop skills in both Agile and traditional project management methodologies under the guidance of experienced professionals.

Requirements

• Proficiency in German at a minimum C1 level and English at a minimum B2 level.
• Basic analytical and problem-solving abilities with a strong willingness to learn.
• Strong customer focus, proactive attitude, and excellent teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with project work in agile or classic environments.
• Flexibility, openness to new challenges, and a positive, professional mindset.
