You will receive full and continuous support from experienced MasterBorn Product Owners About you - Tech skills & Experience: Know how to conduct workshops and run meetings with business external clients (bonus point for American based clients) Tech-savvy and growth-oriented At least 1 year of commercial experience in project management Knowledge about SDLC Experience working with tech team (developers,designers) Curiosity about AI and interest in AI-driven solutions Practical knowledge of using AI in projects Comfortable turning ideas into simple visuals on the spot (flows, diagrams, step-by-step breakdowns) to support client conversations About you - Soft skills: Excellent command of Polish and English (both C1) is required Knowledge-hungry and growth-oriented Problem-solving as a way of thinking Analytical mindset Communicative, assertive, positive attitude Experienced in cooperating with others Nice to have: Project management skills Agile mindset, flexibility Good self-management & decision-making skills Theoretical knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies Conducting discussions, and meetings with clients Recruitment process: CV Review Phone call with our Recruiter (15min) Soft-skills interview with our Recruiter (1h) Technical interview with Product Team (1,5h) Interview with your Department Head (1h) Decision and feedback 🥳
