Junior Product Owner - Join our Product Squad!

MasterBorn is a dynamic organization dedicated to delivering high-end IT solutions for clients across the globe, including the American market. We are looking for a growth-oriented Junior Product Owner to join our Product Squad and contribute to diverse projects in sectors like Fintech, Medtech, and Sportstech.

Key responsibilities

• Gathering and managing business requirements from clients while maintaining transparency through product roadmaps.
• Leading cross-functional teams consisting of developers, QA specialists, and Product Designers.
• Attending and facilitating project meetings with stakeholders and internal team members.
• Translating business needs into clear processes and technical requirements.
• Continuously learning best practices and utilizing AI-driven tools to improve project efficiency.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of commercial experience in project management or coordinating initiatives.
• Excellent command of both Polish and English (minimum C1 level).
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and experience working with technical teams.
• Analytical mindset with a proven ability to solve problems and conduct effective client workshops.
• Curiosity regarding AI and practical experience in applying automation tools to project workflows.
