Junior Product Manager (FinTech)

Xelerit is seeking a motivated Junior Product Manager to join the team at Actuals.io, an innovative SaaS platform specializing in financial data infrastructure. In this fully remote role, you will act as a vital bridge between engineering, commercial stakeholders, and customers, helping to translate complex financial business goals into actionable development requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with product leadership to gather, analyze, and refine business requirements and development ideas.
• Prepare clear, structured user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog in alignment with commercial priorities.
• Communicate daily with remote development teams to clarify requirements and ensure alignment.
• Participate in product discovery, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups to monitor progress.

Requirements

• Financial background or education to understand accounting principles and product logic.
• Ability to translate complex domain needs into structured technical requirements.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail regarding transactional data.
• Basic understanding of SaaS development processes and tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Fluent English and Polish (C1 level) for effective international communication.
