Junior Power BI Engineer

At Cloudfide, you will work where data truly has impact, scale, and purpose. As a Junior Power BI Engineer, you will build on your commercial experience in analytics and data visualization, working on real projects for international clients within a modern Azure-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Building and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards for global clients with guidance from senior team members.
• Applying DAX measures and data modeling concepts like star schema and cardinality in real project contexts.
• Working with Databricks as a data source for Power BI, including querying and preparing data for reporting.
• Collaborating with Data Engineers and senior BI Developers to understand data structures and upstream pipelines.
• Supporting business stakeholders in gathering requirements and translating them into clear visualizations.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of commercial experience with Power BI.
• Working knowledge of DAX and foundational knowledge of data modeling concepts and SQL.
• Basic knowledge of Databricks, such as working with notebooks or connecting Databricks to Power BI.
• Proactive, curious mindset with good communication skills for an international environment.
• English at B2 level or above as the daily working language.
