GRID is seeking a Junior Live Trader with a strong numerical mindset and a genuine passion for MOBA esports, specifically League of Legends. This role offers an entry point into professional esports trading, where you will support the monitoring and management of live markets under the guidance of senior traders.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor odds and market performance, flagging issues to senior traders.
• Apply deep knowledge of MOBA titles to help create accurate betting odds.
• Provide feedback on model accuracy based on real-time match observations.
• Contribute to post-match reviews and performance tracking.
• Learn essential trading fundamentals and risk management techniques.

Requirements

• Numerically minded with a solid understanding of basic probability.
• Strong knowledge of League of Legends and other MOBA titles.
• Analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
• Flexible availability to cover global esports tournament schedules.
• Upper-intermediate level of English (B2+) or higher.
• Reliable, proactive, and capable of working as both a team player and a self-starter.
