Junior Legal Counsel

Finom is a rapidly growing European tech startup on a mission to revolutionize financial management for entrepreneurs. We are looking for a Junior Legal Counsel to join our team and help us build scalable legal processes while supporting our expansion across key EU markets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day legal queue, including drafting and negotiating NDAs, commercial agreements, and vendor contracts.
• Handle privacy operations, including data subject access requests and maintaining privacy records.
• Support HR and corporate teams by preparing standard employment documentation and assisting with corporate housekeeping.
• Provide first-pass legal research and guidance to internal teams on everyday queries.
• Develop and maintain legal templates, playbooks, and FAQs to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Law degree (LL.B., LL.M., or equivalent) with 0–3 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrable exposure to corporate, commercial, employment, or data protection law.
• Fluent in professional English, both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage high-volume tasks effectively.
• Pragmatic, commercial mindset with a desire to build processes from the ground up.
