Junior ICT Operator with French / IT Operations Specialist with French (24/7)

We are currently seeking an IT Operations Specialist with French to join our team, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining the stability and performance of critical digital environments for our international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and support IT operations within a 24/7 environment to ensure system availability.
• Supervise batch processing activities using VTOM and perform first-level troubleshooting of operational incidents.
• Communicate effectively with French-speaking clients, providing regular status updates and handling operational requests.
• Escalate technical issues according to defined procedures and SLA requirements while collaborating with specialized support teams.
• Follow established operational processes, documentation, and best practices to maintain high service standards.

Requirements

• French language proficiency at C1 level or higher and a good command of English for documentation.
• Practical knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems and basic understanding of IT infrastructure monitoring.
• Good working knowledge of VTOM, including job monitoring and failure identification.
• Availability to work in a 24/7 shift model, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
