Junior Fulfillment Specialist

DTiQ Poland is looking for a detail-oriented Junior Fulfillment Specialist to join our international team and support daily hardware fulfillment operations for the US market. You will play a key role in ensuring that equipment orders are processed accurately, deliveries are coordinated efficiently, and project timelines are met through seamless collaboration with our internal departments.

Key responsibilities

• Process hardware orders and purchase orders in NetSuite while ensuring all configurations and delivery details are accurate.
• Coordinate with suppliers and fulfillment partners to confirm equipment availability, shipment dates, and order acceptance.
• Monitor open orders and deliveries, proactively escalating any delays that could impact installation schedules.
• Verify installation invoices against purchase orders and job records, resolving any discrepancies to ensure timely approval.
• Maintain up-to-date order statuses and documentation within the ERP system to support cross-functional transparency.

Requirements

• Proven experience in order management, logistics coordination, or purchasing support.
• Proficiency in using ERP systems, with a strong preference for NetSuite experience.
• High level of accuracy when handling documentation and the ability to investigate and resolve discrepancies.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple open orders and prioritize follow-ups effectively.
• Excellent written and spoken English for daily communication with international colleagues and suppliers.
• Working knowledge of Excel and familiarity with IT hardware or electronic equipment.
