Junior Frontend Developer (React.js)

MasterBorn is seeking a talented Junior Frontend Developer to join our dynamic team working on high-end projects for international clients. You will have the opportunity to work on diverse applications across industries like FinTech, SportsTech, and MedTech, while growing your skills in a supportive, mentor-led environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality React.js applications.
• Implement responsive interfaces with a strong focus on design details and user experience.
• Write clean, maintainable code and participate in constructive code reviews.
• Collaborate closely with designers, developers, QA, and product owners to deliver impactful features.
• Expand your technical expertise beyond frontend development toward full-stack capabilities.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of commercial experience in web development.
• Strong fundamentals in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with the React.js ecosystem, including hooks and state management.
• Proficiency in REST API integration and basic build tools.
• Excellent communication skills in English (B2+) and Polish (C1).
• A proactive mindset, openness to feedback, and a genuine interest in business value.
