Junior Financial Controller

RTB House is a global leader in performance marketing, utilizing proprietary Deep Learning AI algorithms to help brands achieve their growth objectives. We are currently seeking a Junior Financial Controller to join our international finance team and support the financial supervision of our foreign subsidiaries.

Key responsibilities

• Supporting the Financial Controller in the financial supervision of selected foreign subsidiaries.
• Maintaining day-to-day contact with local finance staff and external accounting offices.
• Assisting in the preparation of financial data for consolidation, reporting, and management purposes.
• Preparing financial analyses, reports, and forecasts under the guidance of the Financial Controller.
• Supporting cash flow forecasting, payment management, and the monitoring of accounts receivable.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of professional experience in finance, controlling, accounting, or audit.
• Solid understanding of financial reporting principles and basic knowledge of corporate finance.
• Proficiency in office applications, particularly Google Sheets and Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with fluency in English.
