Junior Financial Controller

RTB House is a global leader in performance marketing, utilizing proprietary Deep Learning AI to help brands achieve their goals across 90+ markets. We are currently seeking a Junior Financial Controller to join our international finance team and support the financial supervision of our foreign subsidiaries.

Key responsibilities

• Supporting the Financial Controller in the financial supervision of selected foreign subsidiaries.
• Maintaining day-to-day contact with local finance staff and external accounting offices.
• Assisting in the preparation of financial data for consolidation, reporting, and management purposes.
• Preparing financial analyses, reports, and forecasts under the guidance of the Financial Controller.
• Supporting the monitoring of accounts receivable, credit risk, and cash flow forecasting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of professional experience in finance, controlling, accounting, or audit.
• Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of financial reporting principles.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel and fluency in English.
• Proactive, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team.
