Junior Finance Manager

GoReel is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Finance Manager to join our growing finance team. In this role, you will support the day-to-day financial operations of the company, ensuring accuracy and transparency while working closely with senior management and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Processing cost data, categorizing expenses, and recording transactions within the accounting system.
• Reviewing corporate bank card reports to ensure compliance with company policies and accurate data entry.
• Collecting and verifying invoices to ensure they are properly prepared and contain all required information.
• Preparing quarterly expense reports and supporting the period-end closing process.
• Assisting with payroll processes, verifying calculations, and recording payroll-related transactions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Audit, or related fields.
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, including formulas and pivot tables.
• Solid understanding of financial statements such as P&L, Cash Flow, and Balance Sheets.
• Native Ukrainian proficiency and English at a B1 level or higher.
