Junior DevOps Engineer

ACAISOFT POLAND is seeking a motivated Junior DevOps Engineer to join our team and support a major American multinational financial services corporation. You will work on high-impact, cloud-native projects, focusing on product development within an agile environment while collaborating with a diverse team of developers and data scientists.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers with AWS network configuration including VPCs, subnets, and Route 53.
• Help provision and maintain core cloud resources such as EKS clusters, ECR repositories, and S3 buckets.
• Develop Infrastructure as Code using AWS CDK to build reusable deployment modules.
• Maintain automated CI/CD pipelines and support application deployments via ArgoCD using GitOps practices.
• Monitor system health and assist with applying security policies and technical documentation.

Requirements

• 1+ years of hands-on experience in a DevOps, Cloud, or Platform Engineering role.
• Practical experience with core AWS services including Amazon EKS, EC2, S3, and IAM.
• Solid understanding of Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools, specifically Jenkins.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
