Job description
We are looking for a to join our . This role focuses on supporting the launch and execution of small-scale, resource- and budget-oriented projects, working closely with multiple internal teams and stakeholders across different countries.
Predelivery Project Management team
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, can efficiently switch between contexts, and takes full ownership of their tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
You will be:
- supporting the end-to-end project initiation process, from project setup to execution and closure,
- coordinating resource planning and staffing, including searching for suitable candidates and working closely with resourcing managers,
- managing and coordinating project onboarding, ensuring smooth cooperation between clients, teams, and internal stakeholders,
- collaborating with sales, delivery, and resourcing teams on project estimations, pricing, and budget tracking,
- preparing and maintaining project documentation, contracts, and internal materials related to project launch,
- working closely with ongoing projects by supporting delivery activities, tracking progress, and ensuring data accuracy,
- handling invoicing, reporting, and billing support, including preparation of invoices and financial reports,
- monitoring project data in internal and client systems, ensuring high data quality and consistency,
- supporting processes related to project governance, standards, and continuous improvement,
- cooperating with multicultural and cross-functional teams, often working on several initiatives simultaneously,
- acting independently, proactively identifying risks, issues, and improvement opportunities.
Job requirements
- experience in IT project management within an outsourcing environment in a global company,
- good organization of work, with attention to details,
- accuracy and conscientiousness,
- independence in action with a proactive and problem-solving mindset,
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
- a customer-oriented approach, ensuring professional interactions with external and internal stakeholders,
- willingness to learn,
- fluency in Polish and English.
Work from Poland and a work permit are required.
