Junior Data Analyst

SwissBorg is building the future of crypto wealth management, making investing more accessible, transparent, and intuitive for everyone. As a Junior Business Data Analyst, you will play a key role in turning raw data into actionable insights that drive real business decisions across our platform.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct exploratory analysis to answer business questions and summarize findings into clear, actionable reports.
• Build, monitor, and maintain the dashboards that our product and operations teams rely on daily.
• Collaborate directly with product managers and operational leads to translate their needs into data-driven solutions.
• Support senior analysts on larger projects, including experiment analysis and deep-dive investigations.
• Maintain and improve the data team's documentation, queries, and quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Econometrics, or a similar quantitative field.
• 1-3 years of experience or a strong academic background including statistics, data processing, and visualization.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and a passion for solving complex data problems.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented mindset and a genuine interest in decentralization, Web3, and blockchain technology.
