Junior Data Analyst (AI & Automation)

RTB House is a global leader in performance marketing, utilizing proprietary Deep Learning AI algorithms to drive results for brands worldwide. We are currently seeking a Junior Data Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in building our next-generation, AI-powered FP&A reporting infrastructure on Google Cloud.

Key responsibilities

• Build the foundation of our AI-powered FP&A reporting stack using BigQuery, Vertex AI, and Gemini.
• Migrate existing reports and dashboards from legacy tools to our new, automated solution.
• Design and implement robust data pipelines with integrated validation and error handling.
• Develop AI agents and workflows that generate automated reports, commentary, and variance explanations.
• Automate recurring financial tasks using SQL, Python, and Google Apps Script.

Requirements

• Practical experience working with data, whether through internships, side projects, or academic work.
• Solid proficiency in SQL, including joins, aggregations, and window functions.
• Basic knowledge of Python or Apps Script, with a commitment to writing production-quality code.
• Hands-on interest in GCP services like BigQuery and Vertex AI.
• A critical, analytical mindset with a strong focus on data accuracy and financial verification.
