Junior Business Analyst (Process Mapping)

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify operational needs, pain points, and strategic objectives.
• Design and document comprehensive business processes, including current-state and future-state maps, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and validate process designs with cross-functional teams.
• Identify and propose opportunities for process improvement, simplification, and standardization across the organization.
• Communicate process findings and recommendations clearly to both business and technical audiences to ensure alignment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a primary focus on business process design rather than purely technical analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, enabling effective translation of business needs for diverse stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities, including the ability to work effectively with product owners and project teams.
• A structured, analytical approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently on deliverables.
