Junior Business Analyst

emagine Polska is looking for a Junior Business Analyst to join their team in a fully remote capacity. This role is designed to provide essential analytical and production support, allowing senior team members to focus on complex, judgement-based activities while you handle structured, repeatable tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse data on platform usage, channel activity, and documentation coverage to support project prioritization.
• Support user research activities, including scheduling, note-taking, synthesis of interviews, and maintenance of persona and journey artefacts.
• Build and maintain adoption insights views that track agreed measures of engagement and progress.
• Draft and produce content such as newsletter releases and community updates under the direction of the Documentation Lead.
• Maintain engagement documentation, action logs, and reporting inputs.

Requirements

• Solid understanding of business analysis fundamentals, including requirements gathering and clear written synthesis.
• Comfort working with data and reporting or dashboarding tools, with exposure to Databricks or Power BI considered an advantage.
• Strong written English skills and a high level of attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a distributed team environment with limited supervision.
