Junior Business Analyst - Internal Panels & Tools

RTB House is a global leader in performance marketing, utilizing proprietary Deep Learning AI algorithms to empower brands across the entire purchase funnel. We are currently seeking a Junior Business Analyst to join our HQ Technical Support Team, where you will play a vital role in optimizing the internal panels and tools that drive our global business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Shape the evolution and functional logic of internal systems used daily by our global business teams.
• Analyze current tools, interfaces, and data trends to identify development needs, friction points, and operational bottlenecks.
• Translate complex internal business requests into clear, structured technical specifications for our development teams.
• Evaluate feature suggestions from international colleagues, assessing their business value, usability impact, and implementation feasibility.
• Validate newly developed system functionalities and interface changes from a user perspective prior to global rollout.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Polish for precise technical communication and effective global collaboration.
• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to design logical flows and system requirements independently.
• High level of independence, proactivity, and the assertiveness needed to maintain system consistency.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with UX researchers and technical teams to turn user needs into reality.
