Junior Automation Developer

Haddad Brands is seeking a motivated Junior Automation Developer to join our team and help solve complex business problems through innovative technical solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders to design, develop, and maintain automated workflows and applications, ensuring projects are delivered effectively from concept to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and support robust workflows, applications, and automation processes.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into functional technical solutions.
• Coordinate project tasks, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, maintain thorough documentation, and continuously improve existing processes.

Requirements

• Hands-on development experience in Java, C#, or Python, with a strong aptitude for learning new platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to take ownership of tasks and work directly with business stakeholders.
• Experience with APIs, SQL, or system integrations is considered a significant advantage.
