Junior Ambassador Manager

We are currently seeking a Junior Ambassador Manager to join our marketing team and help us scale our presence by managing our growing network of influencers, streamers, and content creators.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned ambassadors and creators, ensuring consistent communication and relationship support.
• Track partner deliverables, campaign activities, and posting schedules to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and brand standards.
• Review partner content in real-time to optimize for brand awareness, audience engagement, and conversion performance.
• Support the execution of promotional campaigns, including giveaways, bonuses, and live event packages, while coordinating with internal marketing and CRM teams.
• Prepare monthly performance reports and conduct invoice reviews to ensure accurate tracking of partner activity and results.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of poker rules, terminology, and the dynamics of the poker community.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and complex schedules simultaneously.
• High attention to detail when auditing content, verifying calls-to-action, and managing partner billing.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact diplomatically and persuasively with digital creators.
• Comfortable analyzing basic performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of promotional campaigns.
