Junior AI Engineer

Craftware is a technology company of over 500 experts, empowering large organizations to solve complex business challenges with modern IT solutions. We are currently looking for a motivated Junior AI Engineer to join our team and support the development of innovative AI solutions that solve real-world business problems in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the design and development of machine learning models and AI algorithms.
• Assist in implementing AI features aligned with business and user needs.
• Help deploy and operate AI/ML solutions in cloud environments.
• Support data preprocessing, ingestion, and transformation activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and maintain clear technical documentation.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of commercial experience as an AI Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or in a similar role.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI or ML systems in production projects.
• Good working proficiency in Python.
• Experience with at least one agentic framework such as LangChain or pydantic-ai.
• Working knowledge of at least one ML framework like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Practical exposure to NLP, computer vision, or related AI domains.
• Basic familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
