Jr QA Engineer

Better Collective is a global digital sports media group dedicated to engaging sports fans and building communities worldwide. We are currently seeking a Jr. QA Engineer to join our distributed team and contribute to the quality assurance of our leading platforms, including Playbook.

Key responsibilities

• Perform manual testing, report defects, and provide comprehensive overviews of testing outcomes.
• Develop, maintain, and organize detailed test documentation and test cases.
• Independently create functional automated tests and organize them into recurring schedules.
• Analyze the results of non-functional automated test runs to ensure system stability.
• Collaborate closely with the development team and other QA professionals to uphold high quality standards.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience as a technical QA engineer.
• Advanced proficiency in English and fluency in Portuguese.
• Practical experience using AI tools, specifically Claude, to enhance testing workflows.
• Solid understanding of the sports and sports betting industry.
• Proven experience with manual QA testing and familiarity with bug tracking tools like Slack.
