Jr. Marketing Specialist (Contract, Remote)

INFUSE is a leading demand generation company providing B2B solutions to organizations worldwide. We are currently seeking a proactive Jr. Marketing Specialist to join our global team and support the management of international marketing campaigns in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate effectively with internal and external teams across multiple countries to ensure project alignment.
• Assign campaigns to external partners, manage CPL bidding processes, and oversee the contract signing phase.
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery and execution of marketing campaigns while maintaining clear communication between all stakeholders.
• Monitor ongoing campaign performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Advanced English proficiency in listening, speaking, writing, and presenting.
• Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel, as well as Google Sheets.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a collaborative environment.
