Key responsibilities

• Providing specialized expertise in Risk systems, Compliance platforms, and Regulatory reporting.
• Working as a trusted advisor or as part of a delivery team within tier-1 financial institutions.
• Contributing to long-term banking transformation projects across Europe.
• Collaborating with cross-functional, international teams to implement core financial systems.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in banking or fintech IT.
• Proven expertise in regulated environments, specifically within KYC/AML, Risk IT, or Core Banking.
• Strong understanding of complex banking processes and financial system architectures.
• Professional proficiency in English and the ability to work effectively in a remote, international setting.
