Java Tech Lead

Red Global is currently seeking an experienced Java Tech Lead to join a key partner on a long-term development project. This role is ideal for a technical leader who enjoys balancing hands-on coding with team coordination and architectural decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Leading a small development team and providing technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Actively contributing to development tasks using Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
• Conducting thorough code reviews and mentoring team members to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Collaborating on application architecture and making critical technical decisions.
• Working effectively within an Agile environment to meet project milestones.

Requirements

• Strong commercial experience with Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Tomcat, SOAP, and SQL.
• Proven track record in a Tech Lead role, including team leadership and technical coordination.
• Solid background in hands-on software development with the ability to contribute to coding activities.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Polish.
• Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment while based in Poland.
